What can I sell at the Happy Mums Market?

Any good quality, pre-loved baby & children’s items (up to approx. 6years) and any pregnancy/maternity items such as clothing, books, footwear, toys and equipment.

How much is a seller table?

£15.00 for selling pre-loved/second-hand items only.

Do I get to keep all of the money I make on the day?

Yes – We do NOT take a commission on your sales on the day. We only charge you a table fee.

How do I pay for my table?

Please see our ‘Events’ page on our website and follow the simple booking procedure for your chosen market venue and date.

What does my table hire include?

One table plus 1 – 2 chairs and 2 spaces in our ‘Large Items Gallery’ where you can display large items such as prams, car seats, large toys, furniture etc.

What size is my table?

Most of the venues supply trestle tables 6ft x 2ft however sizes may vary. More information about table sizes will be emailed to sellers prior to the market.

TIP: Measure out your table space on the floor at home to get a visual idea of how big your table is and what volume of items would be suitable to bring to the market.
Due to health and safety regulations, all aisles must be kept clear, making it easy for buyers to have access to your items and all sellers must strictly adhere to table boundaries. Any seller tables that are overcrowded or causing obstruction will be requested to be removed from display until space becomes available due to other items being sold.

Can I share a stall?

Yes, if you feel that you do not have enough items to fill a stall, you are welcome to share a stall with one friend (max of 2 adults per table + 2 children). Please note that when sharing a table the amount of items on display must be suitable for a single table, and all other table conditions apply.

What items can I NOT sell?

Any item that is in poor condition: not fully functional, broken, rusty, stained, torn, muddy, mouldy, excessively worn or stretched will not be accepted and will be requested to be removed from display.

Any items that are NOT baby or children related are not permitted to be displayed or sold at our events.

Our markets provide a great service to the community by offering a one stop shop alternative to high street shopping for the budget conscious shopper as well as helping the environment by reducing waste.

We bring hundreds of quality preloved baby and children’s items from pregnancy/maternity, newborn to approximately 6 years, all under one roof at unbelievable prices.
You buy direct from the seller (Mums & Dads) and have the opportunity to browse, touch and test items as well as negotiate the price on the day.

What items will I find at a Happy Mums Market?

Is there an entrance fee for shoppers?

There is a small fee of £1 per adult, all children go free.
